Promotrips.com Refund Policy

We do our best to make every purchaser of our products happy. If you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased from us we do offer the following refund policy: For purchasers of generic certificates (non-custom imprinted) you may return the product to Promotrips within 10 days of receipt, providing it has not been damaged in any way. Shipping will be at your own expense. These is a 25% restocking fee, less shipping. I.E, if you paid $100 for the product before shipping costs were added, you will receive a refund of $75. Please advise us by e-mail before returning the product to us.

For purchasers of custom imprinted certificates (those with your name/logo/slogan, etc.) we do not provide refunds. We would suggest that prior to placing a large order for custom imprinted certificates that you order only 1 certificate to insure that it suits your needs.
