The intended purpose for our certificates is for businesses to give to their customers and/or employees as rewards or incentives. While we do not prohibit businesses or individuals from reselling our certificates at a profit, we do REQUIRE that anyone who resells our certificates to anyone in any manner make the purchaser aware, before the consumation of the sale, ALL terms and conditions of use for that certificate. Our certificates may NOT be sold on ebay!! Should we become aware that our certificates are being sold in a manner that reflects badly upon Promotrips, by not disclosing all pertinent terms and conditions of use, we will issue a warning to you. If you continue your fraudulent practices after our warning, we will immediately contact the medium through which you are processing sales and inform the Attorney General of the state in which you reside, as well as the Attorney General of the state in which your sales are processed that you are engaging in fradulent practices. We have absolutely no problem with someone selling our certificates, BUT you MUST do so in a responsible manner. We will NOT tolerate scammers using our certificates to ripoff an unsuspecting public.
